during my stay, I appreciated the easy check-in process and the spacious room with comfortable bedding, and it was a bonus that I was just a short walk from local gems like Indiana Pancake House and the Adams Public Library System, making it a breeze to enjoy the area's charm and parks.

the room reeked like old musky carpet, and a mere deodorizer was all they could muster, how charming. in addition, the 'breakfast' could have been better, like boiled eggs instead of nothing. honestly, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask for at this place. almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

staying at best value inn was great. the clean queen room had comfy pillow-top beds and nice features like a bigger fridge and a microwave. the staff was super helpful, even providing a stool for the high bed. plus, it was just $69, and you can't beat that! within walking distance are a few great restaurants.
